Truth bomb:
I still struggle.
I still have challenges.

I don’t quit.
I don’t let it mean anything.
I keep moving.
Who is stronger? Your mind or YOU?

Nothing means nothing unless you let it…
Even those you look up to are still human (duh!) but here’s the thing… the people you admire don’t let their negative self talk stop them from making moves which is why they are where they are today.
It’s part of the human experience.
Learning to detach from your thoughts and identify with them.
Seeing the greatness in the bumps, redirections and uncertainty in the journey ahead.
Learning to hear, speak and most importantly EMBODY your truth despite what can arise.
Everything you go through is intentional to help you grow, expand and evolve.
Many people think failure is the worst thing that can happen.
The worst thing is to do nothing.
The worst thing is regret.
Staying still and stuck won’t get you anywhere, you might as well try something different whether it’s your thoughts or actions.
Who is stronger, your mind or YOU?
Remember you are not your thoughts, they are a product of your life experiences, upbringing, programming and conditioning.
No matter how far you advance in your career, even when you have the dream relationship, job, life, friendships etc you will encounter new level = new devil.

Sure from time to time we get knocked down, face really hard challenges and is racked, feel blocked and stuck – life can be tough. Acknowledged.

Realise that your mind and potentially anxiety is running the show.
Do you really NEED to do it?
Is it REALLY a must?
Why the RUSH?
Collectively so much is going on right now and I’ve noticed a lot of clients and loved ones in states of overwhelm.
We can become unconscious to the illusion of urgency and allow ourselves to crumble under the weight of the world and drown in our to do lists.
Stop, step back and take your POWER back.
You don’t HAVE to do anything.
Everything is a CHOICE!
Be in your POWER through CONSCIOUS choice.
Realise that in a state of overwhelm you are misaligned.
You’re more vulnerable to negative self talk, the voices of doubt, criticism and fear.
Your energy is spread thin and you’re walking on eggshells.
Your body is whispering for help which turns into screaming and shut down because you won’t listen.
It’s OKAY to take a moment to PAUSE and recalibrate.
There’s power in pause.
Tune into your heart and soul.
How are you really feeling?
You KNOW what to do… your mind and ego are scared to execute… start questioning things.
When all else fails return to the breath. Be here now.
Deep inhale and exhale.
Ahhhh….
Let…
Go…
Shift from overwhelm where you feel powerless and a victim to circumstances into your power.

Checking in with your soul
Start with your soul
Stop with the shoulds.
Start with your soul.
Letting go of the "should"
Stop should-ing on and all over yourself 😳
I should work out more.
I should eat more healthily.
I should be able to do it.
Ask where the should is coming from? (Most likely your mind, your ego stemming from guilt, over extending yourself, shaming yourself…)
Realise the place that it’s coming from isn’t serving you or the world.
Negative emotions don’t work in creating positive behaviours 💡
Even if they do temporarily it’s not sustainable or healthy.
Instead check in with your soul.
What do you DESIRE to do?
What FEELS GOOD to you?
Tap into your soul and feeling, bringing your conscious intention with you.
Maybe you CAN do something?
You GET to do something?
You CHOOSE to do something?
You WANT something?
Ahhhh that feels better 😌
Give yourself a choice instead of starting off with shame and failure.

Taking action
You know what’s better than thinking about doing something for 15 minutes or even 5 years?
Actually doing it.
Out of your mind and into the present
🥴 yes I am calling you out… I’m calling you out to get out of your mind and into the present moment here.
It’s the biggest thing I see with clients.
They spend sooooo much time in their mind.
Going over scenarios.
Preparing for different outcomes.
Reading a tonne of information.
Listening to a tonne of information.
Watching all of the videos and content.
Yet no one is actually doing anything with the data and information they’ve accumulated 🥴
Embodiment > Knowledge.
Here’s the thing too, so many people are in fear.
They don’t want to do something because it won’t be perfect.
They don’t want to do something because they’re unsure.
They don’t want to something because they don’t want to fail.
So they don’t move. They just stay still and stuck. Even though their mind is looping around for miles and miles.
If you actually DO something and take INSPIRED ACTION whatever the outcome at least you moved ⚡️
And so then new data and information to make your next move.
Not rocket science but pure simplicity (but the mind likes to complicate 😅)
When in doubt, DO SOMETHING! ANYTHING!
Nothing changes…. If nothing changes.
Here’s to making moves (because even if you “go backwards or fail” at least you’re moving and it’ll likely propel you into the right direction 🚀)

Finding your ease and flow
Life isn't easy...
Life isn’t easy but ease is a way of life.
You can only live life with ease when you are internally at ease.

This doesn’t mean you don’t work, you spend all day at the beach drinking cocktails and going on shopping sprees 🛍 (although that would be really nice 😇)
You can live with ease doing your job, doing life admin, dating, living your everyday life, making dinner… anything!
Ease is:
😌 taking responsibility for your stuff: thoughts, feelings, actions, results therefore having power
😌 having things thrown at you that are challenging and frustrating but having full confidence you can handle it
😌 knowing your triggers and how to work through them essentially responding not reacting
😌 leading with love, being kind and compassionate with yourself always
😌 having rock solid boundaries with no anxiety and being able to say no when you don’t want to say yes
So whilst life is far from easy when we approach with ease from a place of stability, strength and serenity within… that’s where ease comes from ✨
You are the unwavering mountain 🏔
You are the depth of the ocean
🌊
You are the songs of the birds

Overcoming negativity…
The truth...
Truth bomb.
You’ll never stop having negative thoughts.
Just because you have them doesn’t mean you have to believe them.
Negative thoughts are OKAY
It’s OK to have negative thoughts – yes you read that correctly.
Negative thoughts are natural and it’s unlikely to ever stop no matter how happy or successful you are or how much you meditate and do mindset work.
The vibe isn’t never having negative thoughts.
The vibe is having them and being confident within yourself to overcome them (literally what I teach in 1:1 coaching).
It’s futile to try and stop them they’re like waves no matter what you’ll do they’ll keep coming back.
Remember what you resist will persist…
Just because you have a thought doesn’t make that automatically true (although that would be useful because that means I’m the new owner of 2 cute puppies, $10 million is being deposited into my bank account, I’m going on a never ending holiday… you get the point 😜)

Being human is beautiful
Being human isn’t just pain, suffering, war, crisis.
Being human is falling asleep on the couch.
Being human is smiling for no reason at all.
Being human is getting curious about conspiracy theories.
Being human is talking out loud to yourself.
Being human is watching the stars in the sky.
Being human is singing into your hairbrush.
Being human is dancing like no one is watching.
Being human is laughing so much you snort.
Being human is eating mac and cheese out of the microwave.
Being human is pulling funny faces in the mirror.
Being human is smelling flowers.
Being human is seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Being human is beautiful.
Coming home to yourself
Oh to be human! I’m the midst of overwhelming pain and change it can feel dark.
Even in the darkness, remember there is always light within you 🤍
Things aren’t perfect collectively and there’s a lot to work on. To speak your truth. To speak louder. To take action.
Collective change also happens with you.
You’re busy fighting for the world but who is fighting for you?
Embrace that you are here, in human form.
You’re allowed to also just be.

My heart reminds me I’m alive
I'm grateful for it all
I’m grateful for all that my heart feels.
I’m grateful for the way it beats with pride and joy.
I’m grateful in the way in floats with excitement and swells with tenderness.
I’m grateful when it feels heavy and anchored.
I’m grateful when it feels like being crushed alive.
I’m grateful when it swoons with delight and wonder.
I’m grateful when it races to the rush and thrill of it all.
I’m grateful when it aches and I feel every time it bleeds.
I’m grateful when it rushes off the cliff and suspends itself for a moment in time.
I’m grateful because my heart reminds me I’m alive.
On following my heart
Sometimes I really resent my heart.
Following my heart has led to painful situations that my mind wanted to avoid.
Following my heart has led to judgement from others who wouldn’t understand.
Following my heart has led to more difficult decisions that could logically be answered.
Following my heart has led me to a life beyond logic and my wildest dreams.
Following my heart has led to deepened love that has changed my life in ways I never knew it could.
Following my heart has never been wrong even when I’ve felt that I couldn’t handle the heartache that wouldn’t stop coming in waves.
We live in a society that values logic and the brain.
After my dad died I made a conscious decision to live with my heart because I realized my mind caused me so much pain.
Use the weekends to work and make money instead of spending time with family and friends (if I could go back in time to spend one more minute with my dad I would).
Do the logical thing that makes you unhappy but theoretically will give you what you want (I stayed in a job where I felt unhappy but made up for it in my bank account – being miserable and wealthy is no fun).
You’re going to have so much time to do the other things (spoiler alert; we only have the present moment) – it’s short term sacrifice for long term gain.
When my dad died, initially I could not feel my heart.
I was so overwhelmed with grief, pain and shock that I went into shut down.
I numbed everything out… and I did not feel anymore.
I would later be diagnosed with onset delayed grief that led me to a dark dark place because to live without feeling made me feel like a zombie not truly alive.
I literally remember being so numb wishing I could feel something even pain! Even to cry would be something.
The day my heart came back I was elated.
Even as I navigate tough times with my heart I am so grateful.
I am grateful for this mighty muscle that physically keeps me alive but also reminds me that I am truly alive.
