    – We will discuss anything that comes up for you in your life from negative thoughts you are having to work issues or relationship questions. We will also work on your limiting beliefs and creating an action plan to achieve your goals. You’ll also learn practical tools and strategies to implement day to day.
  • – Unlimited support through Voxer or Instagram in between sessions so you can ask any questions or be coached through anything that comes up in life!
