Finding gifts in grief isn’t ideal but it’s what we receive.

Shattered in pieces, broken like a mosaic—there is beauty in your grief and beauty in your heartache.

It won’t always be pretty but with the passing sands of time and softening of sorrow, there is a pearl of truth.

Life is a rollercoaster...

Let go and flow with the stream of life.

Listen to the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Follow the pulls of your soul.

Release your fears and doubts, child of the universe.

The stars and angels support you.

When the world is dark, your inner light shines bright.

Life is a rollercoaster of experiences and emotions driven by the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.

It can be excruciating to feel so deeply.

Heartache and pain contrast liberation and ecstasy.

From a spiritual point of view, your soul chose to get on this ride. I suggest this perspective to you as I do with my clients, ‘How does it feel to go through life knowing your soul chose this curriculum for your personal growth?’

To grow.

To expand.

Your soul is hungry for experiences and emotions that nudge you into alignment.

Mourning the past you

You are allowed to change

As you work on yourself and reach the next level in your growth, don’t be surprised if you feel joy and sadness at the same time.

As we evolve and let go of our past self, we mourn who we were.

It’s normal to grieve over the past you, yet still grow into who you are now.

You are allowed to change.

Your identity isn't fixed

The past you that put up with bad behaviour, that gave so much without return, that always needed something or someone to feel complete, that was blind to what was unfolding before your eyes, that self- sabotaged and the past you that deserved better not only from yourself but those around you.

It’s normal to grieve over the past you and to love the past you, yet still grow into who you are now. You are allowed to change; your identity isn’t fixed.

Thank your past self

In this lifetime, we will mourn and hold funerals for all the versions of ourselves that we’ve been.

You aren’t who you were in the past anymore.

You are who you are now, here, in this present moment.

Thank your past self for helping you survive.

Thank your past self for being strong and enduring pain.

Thank your past self for being brave.

The Great Unlearning...

Thank your past self for getting back up and continuing to try.

Thank your past self for making you who you are today.

Thank your past self for making mistakes which you’ve learned from.

Thank your past self for letting you move forward.

Thank your past self because even if they no longer resonate or align with who you are today… you couldn’t have done it without your past self.

Here you are, despite it all

The beautiful soul you are right now has turned wounds into wisdom, anguish into achievement and trauma into triumph.

Endings are beautiful

Sometimes things end without explanation.

They haunt you and leave you searching for answers and overanalysing everything instead.

You may never find the closure you desire or deserve, no matter how hard you try.

And that’s okay.

Nothing is taken from you without something being given back…

Something bigger and better than you could have ever imagined.

Endings are beautiful.

They open you up to greater growth, greater adventure and greater love.

Endings make way for new beginnings, if you let them…

You are the strongest of souls

All the obstacles and challenges you face are gifts from the universe.

They don’t feel that way at the time, but they are.

The universe will never give you anything you can’t handle.

In fact, the toughest challenges are reserved for the strongest of souls.

A year ago it felt like my life was crumbling when really the universe had a bigger plan for me more than I could ever know…

Heartbreak, the end of a 3 year relationship.

Being full time alone in my own business.

Moving out of my dream apartment of 4 years.

With every heartbreak you are moving closer towards the one you’re meant to be with… the one you choose over and over again.

With every rejection you’re being redirected to the path that serves you best. With every morsel of pain, your wounds will heal and drip into wisdom.

With every disappointment, the smiles of tomorrow will be a soothing balm. With every tear, you move closer to your divinity and inevitable happiness.

A year later I see it really was all coming together… ✨

I now live in my dream apartment by the beachfront, I hit 6 figures in my first year full time… all of this came together behind the scenes when I thought reality showed me it was a Saturn return mess… ❤️‍🔥
