    I know they say the universe will never give you peace in something you aren’t meant to settle in and I know it to be true. Yet it still feels painful, yeti t  can still break your heart. May the storms of your emotions calm. May the ache of your heart dissolve. May the noise of your mind settle. May you trust that what falls apart is making way for what you deserve. May the tower moment of you life heal and free you. Trust that one day when you look back at this moment in time, it will all make sense and be for the better.

    he universe guides us along paths in ways we may not always understand yet each step has a purpose to leading us to where we are meant to be.

    The universe isn’t testing you to see your weakness, the universe is challenging you so that you can realise your strength. Sometimes in life we have to go through the pain, the sadness to get to the gold on the other side. That sometimes our greatest growth is preceded by delving into the depths of our heart, the ache of being a human in order to heal. In order to peel back more layers to our self and being, to reveal more of your light, your power, your potential.

    When obstacles arise, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and defeated, to see them as tests of your weaknesses.

    The truth is, they are invitations to tap into your inner power, to unleash the limitless potential that resides within you.

    The universe isn’t testing you to see how weak you are; it’s urging you to discover just how strong you can be.

    So how do you have faith to hold on?

    Well faith isn’t easy because it’s about leaning into and embracing the unseen, especially when everything is unclear.

    As a coach, I provide spiritual guidance combined with practical perspective shifts, below are 3 ways to start this process and trust in your journey 💫

    1. Find evidence in your past

    🖊️ When have things been unclear and difficult previously yet all worked out in the end even though at the time it didn’t feel like it. E.g. a relationship, a job opportunity?

    2. Embrace uncertainty

    We are under the illusion we have full control… even if we have a plan with meticulous detail, thought and crafted with so much care and intention… it may still not go to plan! We cannot control circumstances, this is in the hands of the universe. Uncertainty is ironically one of the only certainties in life. How can you open your heart to it? Even more so how do you open your mind? 🫀🤝🏽🧠

    3. Best case scenario

    3. You’re more likely to think of all the worst case scenarios that could happen (this is natural, you’re human and this is evolutionary)… it’s only fair and logical that you also think out the best case scenarios because they are also possible. To even do so stretches your current belief system.

    Heightened celestial activity with the human design new year coming up, Pluto’s big shift from Capricorn into Aquarius from 2024-2044 and solar flares 🌞

    If you’re sensitive to energy, intuitive you may have felt this either being very buzzy, wired and plugged in 🔌 or exhausted and depleted — lots of spiritual soul activities going on.

    Human Design New Year: January 22 (at the time of posting in the final energies of limitations, acceptance letting go more on that in my podcast 🎧 Grow Through It Podcast with Phi Dang Episode 58).

    Let’s talk about Pluto. This tiny planet packs a punch and is going to greatly influence the next 20 years of what we see unfolding collectively by making a once-in-a-lifetime transition into the sign of Aquarius from Capricorn on January 20th. This is a new collective chapter that will unfold leading to great shifts for everyone on a societal level and personally.

    Pluto is the planet of destruction, rebirth and mystery ruled by the Underworld.

    Aquarius rules justice, equality, social connections, community, humanity, innovation, technology, science and independence.

    Solar flares are huge bursts of energy from the sun supercharged with magnetic energy and radiation. They signal an ascension process shifting from your physical body to your light body. Expect intuitive downloads as well as disturbances to sleep and physical symptoms.

    Happy Human Design New Year!

    Fantasy.

    Imagination.

    Contraction.

    Inspired action.

    Feel it.

    What is the energy?

    The way human design sees the new year is a whole new cycle of experience.

    Human Design New Year for many is very much about intentions over resolutions or goals because the majority of the population have an open heart, which is the centre for motivation and willpower.

    When it’s open you have inconsistent access to your own motivation and willpower therefore if you do happen to have an open heart, please don’t beat yourself, get annoyed and frustrated when you seemingly seem so motivated one minute and the the next not, that’s how you are designed and built to be in human design.

    From my experience doing hundreds of reasons, it is about unlearning the societal expectation to always be working towards something and instead getting you to shift into the being. We all have some seasons, move and flow with your energy instead of blocking it.

    The human design energy itself is fantasy, imagination, possibilities, contraction, inspired action.

    This is the week to dream big but also to come up with a plan to make it happen — big dreams, grounded in reality.

  • 6 Things I Never Expected to Unlearn After Losing My Dad A Decade Ago

    May loss not define you

    10 years later the journey continues and I can’t quite believe I’ve lived 1/3 of my life without him 🥹

    Grief has no expiration date.

    It is never too late to grieve.

    In the early days it was raw and overwhelming.

    I numbed it. I suppressed it. I ignored it. I resented it.

    The myth that time heals all wounding is understandable however really we learn to grow around the grief and expand.

    Grief does not end or stop.

    It becomes part of the journey weaved into the everyday, a mosaic of joy and sorrow all at once that is part of the human experience.

    Loss and grief have shown me it doesn’t end with the loss of our loved one that it isn’t useless, in fact it’s led me to become a life coach something I never would have comprehended a decade ago (I was meant to be a lawyer or CMO!!).

    And that is the beauty; the twists and turns of life and how pain can turn into power and purpose.

    Now I honour it. I lean into it. I feel it. I’m grateful for it.

    As a coach it has been a privilege to support and witness individuals navigate the complexities of grief in learning to feel the feelings, redefine the narrative and unlock the strength and resilience that emerges from heartache.

    Here’s to the journey 🫶🏽

    May loss not define you but propel you into greater depths of living: with gratitude, with radiance and to embrace the immense gift of not just being alive; but living 🚀

  • Living in the now

    Where you are right now...

    At the end of the day, there is no better place than where you are right now.

    There are times we have to let down our guard and allow ourselves to surrender to the present moment.

    Sure, you can be frustrated by the timing, but you could also let the time in between act as a catalyst for growth.

    In the now...

    After all, when we’re born, we’re in the present. There is no past, only what is unfolding right before your eyes.

    As we get older, we learn about dimensions of time beyond the present.

    We remember our past.

    We hope and plan for the future.

    We lose sight of our true selves until we return home into the here and now.

    We don’t find our true self in the dreams we yearn for or the fantasy of tomorrow or the memory of yesterday.

    We find it here.

    In the now.
