  • Strength in surrender

There’s a beauty and fragility that comes with. being human. It’s not about being invincible. It’s to be real, raw, and open.

Life sometimes pries your heart open, honouring the spaces where we feel most tender. Strength is glorified in stoicism yet true power lies in being willing to be open to whatever life brings, even when it’s painful.

There’s a strength in surrender, in admitting that you don’t have all the answers, but you are brave enough to walk through the unknown with faith and trust.

In being human you come to realise that every heartbreak, every struggle, every moment when you feel like you might shatter, is part of a larger story unfolding.

Whether it’s facing a difficult conversation or perhaps handling, we constantly navigate a balance between strength and vulnerability.

Practically, this means coming to an acceptance that not everything will go according to plan. There will be moments of doubt, of feeling fragile, but those moments are where you get to know more about yourself. Embracing the ups and downs of life allows you to live more authentically and connect to your deeper purpose.

When it comes to personal growth, fragility is a crucial element.

Growth doesn’t come from staying in your comfort zone; it comes from stepping into the unknown, where you feel exposed and uncertain.

These are the moments when you’re most likely to doubt yourself or fear failure. But it’s also where transformation happens. Recognising your fragility doesn’t mean you stop moving forward—it means you move forward with more awareness and compassion.

You give yourself permission to fail and grow from it, knowing that the fragility you feel is part of the process.

It’s the hardship and beauty… magic… of being oh so very human 🧡

  • You are not defined by your struggles

Maybe it feels at times that life is trying to break you and that you’re falling apart.
Every crack, every fracture to your heart, your soul and spirit is not a sign of weakness; it’s evidence of your resilience to grow.

Healing isn’t about returning to the person you were before; it’s about who you are becoming in the shedding and unlearning.
You are not defined by your struggles but by how you rise from them.

Each challenge you face offers a chance to discover new strengths within yourself.

Perhaps we are never broken but our true authentic self reveals itself. We are dynamic souls, we aren’t meant to be static.

Healing allows us to shed old layers, letting go of what no longer serves and making space for new growth and transformation.

As you navigate this path, remember that it’s okay to feel vulnerable and to ask for help when you need it. Surround yourself with those who uplift you and remind you of your worth. Self compassion is a must — it’s a natural part of the journey to have ups and downs.

Trust in your journey, and know that healing is a beautiful process that leads to a brighter future. Keep moving forward, and let your spirit shine even brighter through the cracks 🌟

  • Here’s to the unknown

When you stand at the edge of the unknown, you’re standing at the brink of possibilities. Anything and everything could happen. Each step into unfamiliar territory is a chance to expand, to stretch beyond what you thought you were capable of.

It’s in these moments of uncertainty that you discover the depth of your resilience, the courage anchored within you and the power of your potential. The unknown invites you to explore unchartered parts of yourself, the parts that have been waiting for an opportunity to emerge, to shine in ways you never imagined.

So when you stand at the edge of the unknown, let it be a place of wonder rather than worry. Here’s to the unknown.

So how do you deal with the unknown?

The first step is acknowledging that it’s okay to feel uneasy, to feel fear or hesitation when facing uncertainty.

These emotions are natural, but they don’t have to dictate your actions. Instead of resisting the unknown, lean in — to embrace it as part of your journey.

Start with reframing uncertainty—not as something to be feared, but as a space where possibilities live. The fertile void. The magical in between.

It’s where your next adventure begins, where growth, transformation, and new opportunities await.

When you accept that you don’t need all the answers right away, you give yourself permission to explore without the pressure of perfection.

After all, they call it a leap of faith for a reason 🦋

If you’re looking for support and guidance with your next chapter and step in life, for landing on what’s next — I’d love to help. As a life coach I offer 1:1 coaching and human design readings 🧡

  • To let go…

To let go is to trust the universe’s plan for your life, knowing that every ending is a doorway to a new beginning.

To let go means to recognise that change is a natural part of life.

To let go means to accept the lessons learned without dwelling on the pain.

To let go means to stop trying to control outcomes and allow life to unfold.

To let go means to free yourself from past regrets.

To let go means to release the fear of the unknown.

To let go means to lighten your heart and create space for joy.

To let go means to acknowledge that endings are merely beginnings in diguise.

Letting go is never easy, especially if it doesn’t feel to be on our terms or timeline.

The process… journey often brings up feelings of uncertainty, fear, and even resistance.

When life pushes us to release what we hold dear, it can feel like we’re being yanked from our comfort zones, leaving us grappling with a sense of loss.

We may find ourselves longing to clinging tightly to what is familiar, even if it no longer serves our highest good.

This discomfort highlights the struggle between our desire for security and the inherent need for growth and transformation.

There is so much growth in letting go if we acknowledge our feelings and allow ourselves to grieve the loss.

Letting go doesn’t mean we have to suppress our emotions; it’s an invitation to process them fully which is not easy.

I hope you honour what is changing, honour your emotions and honour what’s coming on the other side 🌕

  • The sun still rises

Maintaining hope during difficult times doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine when it isn’t. It means acknowledging the pain and feelings while still choosing to believe in a better future.

Hope fuels resilience, helping you bounce back from setbacks and build your inner strength. Each challenge faced is a testament to your ability to persevere, even when the odds seem stacked against you. In the midst of a tough season, it’s important to remind yourself that these moments won’t last forever.

Challenges are temporary, even if they feel overwhelming in the present. Just as the sun rises after the darkest night, so too will you find light after periods of turbulence and uncertainty.

Every person, no matter how successful, wealthy, or seemingly happy, faces moments of difficulty.

It’s easy to look at others and assume their lives are free from hardship, but beneath the surface, everyone experiences their own struggles.

We often compare our worst moments to someone else’s best, but this comparison is neither fair nor accurate.

The truth is… life’s challenges are universal. They are part of being human. In a way this can be comforting to know.

What matters most is not avoiding difficulty, pain or hardship, but how you choose to respond to it.

One choice and aspect is to hold onto hope, there is healing and joy to come. What’s important is to have support and find aligned ways of healing and moving forward for you. You don’t have to do this alone and you aren’t meant to ❤️‍🩹

  • To be human…

To be human is to feel and flow with life – to experience the full spectrum of emotions that surge and retreat, much like the ocean’s tides.

We are made to move through these feelings, not avoid them. To be human is to honour the vastness of our emotional landscape, just as we honour the ocean’s endless horizon.

There is beauty in both the storms and the still waters, in the moments of intensity and quiet lulls.

There is beauty in feeling. There is beauty in healing.

Feeling and healing create a delicate, dynamic dance. One cannot exist without the other; it is through feeling that we begin to heal, and through healing that we deepen our capacity to feel.

As we navigate this continuous cycle, we become more compassionate toward ourselves, understanding that both the pain and the joy of life are necessary for our evolution.

There is beauty in this process, as there is pain — in the way we learn to trust ourselves, lean into our emotions, and believe in our own ability to heal.

Each moment of feeling and healing brings us closer to a fuller, more authentic expression of who we are meant to be.

It guides us closer to our truth and aligning to become our
    most aligned and authentic self.

  • There is wisdom in the heaviness

Life can feel unbearably heavy, but it’s in these moments you tap into a strength beyond your own.

You’re not meant to carry everything by yourself. The universe is always supporting you, even when it feels like it’s working against you.

There is wisdom in the heaviness, in the emotions that feel like they might break you. Sometimes you can’t solve your overwhelm – sometimes life demands you to feel it, let it move through you, and trust that it will shift when it’s ready.

Life can be unbearably heavy, but that weight isn’t permanent. The heaviness will lift, and when it does, you’ll see just how strong you’ve become.

    How resilient you truly are.

Important dates related to this current eclipse. Keep reading for more information.

Eclipses are powerful moments of transformation—times when the universe forces us to confront imbalances. In this Pisces eclipse, feelings of overwhelm, confusion, or even a deep sense of release may rise to the surface. It’s a time of emotional cleansing, where old patterns, especially in relationships and self-identity, may be washed away.

Pisces, being the final sign of the zodiac, symbolises the end of a cycle. This is a moment to release and navigate everything that’s been weighing on your soul, to trust in new beginnings that are unfolding. It’s a time to allow yourself to feel deeply and intuitively, to let emotions flow without restriction.

It’s easy to get lost in the confusion or heaviness that Pisces energy can bring, but this moment is about surrender. Feel the emotions that come up, knowing that they are here to guide you through this transition. As old patterns and energies dissolve, trust that what is emerging will be more aligned with your highest self.

The last time we had eclipses of this flavour was between 2015 and 2017 — take a moment to reflect and see what was happening in your life then. Particularly around 16 September 2016. What are you releasing and letting go of?

  • Have the faith to surrender

In the hardest of times, I may have the faith to surrender. To release the grip, the plan and fear.

May I let go of what I cannot change, and instead keep my heart open to embrace the unknown. May I trust that there is wisdom in the unfolding and unlearning, even when it all feels unclear.

When life’s waves crash relentlessly over me, may I have the strength to pause and simply breathe. To feel the rise and fall of my chest as a reminder that I am still here.

I am capable of moving through the storm. That I am not defined by the turbulence, but by the quiet power within me.

This is your sign. To hold on. That everything is going to be okay.

In the moments of doubt, may you remember the light that still flickers within you, always.

Even when the darkness seems to take over or seem a lot, may you remember the light always and the flames of hope, faith and optimism.

Your soul is resilient and has weathered so many storms.

Give yourself permission to rest, to seek support, to be kind, loving and compassionate with yourself.

    I believe in you 🧡 you’ve got this 🕯️
