I am love

I was looking for love until I realised I smile at strangers even on my hardest days, feel the sunset in my bones and say “text me when you get home” and mean it. I am love.

For so long, you searched for love like it was something outside of you—something waiting to be found in someone else’s arms, in the right words, in a grand gesture that would finally make you feel whole.

Then one day, you noticed the way you instinctively reach for your friend’s hand when she’s upset. The way you soften your voice when speaking to a child. The way you stay up late to make sure your friend gets home safely.

Love isn’t some distant, elusive thing—it’s in the way you care, the way you notice and the way your heart expands without anyone asking it to.

Love has never been missing. It’s woven into the smallest moments— the hopes and positive wishes for strangers, waving at dogs… You were never without love. You are love. And you always have been.

It’s about to get… spicy

If you’ve been listening to my podcast you’ll know March 2025 she’s giving ~ wild crazy chaotic unpredictable growth ~ 🤠

When Mercury is in Aries, communication becomes direct, fast paced and bold. You’re more likely to speak your mind without hesitation, often favouring honesty over diplomacy.

Conversations tend to be quick and to the point, and there’s little patience for over explaining or sugarcoating the truth.

Knowing when to leave

Knowing when to leave is so important.

The party.

The job.

The relationship.

Knowing when to leave is a powerful act of self care that every woman should embrace.

It’s about recognising that your happiness, peace of mind, and personal growth should always come first.

Putting yourself first has flow on effects for everyone intertwined within your life.

Whether it’s a job, a relationship or a social setting, being able to walk away when the situation no longer aligns with your values or aspirations is a sign of strength, not weakness.

It takes courage to step away from what’s familiar — yet it opens the door to new opportunities that allow you to thrive.

In the workplace, it can be especially difficult to leave a job, especially when there’s pressure to stay for financial security or fear of disappointing others. But staying in a toxic work environment can stifle creativity, lead to burnout and hinder your personal growth, how you feel in your own soul.

Similarly, in relationships—whether personal or professional—knowing when to walk away is essential. If a relationship is draining your emotional or mental energy, it may be time to reconsider its place in your life.

Holding on to unhealthy connections, out of fear or obligation, can prevent you from reaching your full potential. Leaving may feel daunting, but it allows you to create space for healthier, more supportive relationships that align with your growth and well being.

Letting go is an act of trust

Letting go isn’t an act of force – it’s an act of trust.

Letting go is often seen as something active—something you do, as if you need to rip something away, cut ties abruptly or force yourself to move on. But this approach can make letting go feel painful, as if you’re prying something from your grasp.

The Unlearning: You don’t have to pry something from your grip; you just have to loosen your hold.

Letting go isn’t an act of force—it’s an act of trust.

It’s choosing to release, to surrender, to soften. It’s allowing what’s meant for you to stay and what’s not to drift away naturally.

We often think that holding on tightly is a sign of strength, but in reality, it’s the opposite. It takes far more strength to loosen your grip and trust the flow of life.

When we hold on—whether it’s to old habits, beliefs, or relationships—we create resistance. We think we’re protecting ourselves, but we’re actually keeping ourselves stuck in a cycle of tension.

Letting go is much harder, because it asks us to trust, to release control, and to believe that we are safe even in the unknown.

The true strength lies in allowing things to evolve naturally, not forcing them to stay the same.

It’s in softening that you find the peace and freedom you’ve been seeking 🌸

The new standard for people in my life?

Connections that feel expansive, not draining.

People who don’t just take up space in your life but actively add to it – through kindness and support.

Conversations should nourish, not deplete.

Love is the standard – safe, reciprocal and aligned.

Your new standard for the people in your life whether it’s a romantic partner, friend or family should reflect the kind of energy you pour into the world.

You are someone who inspires, uplifts and encourages others to step into their best selves.

The people around you should do the same for you.

Your presence should not be a place where others come to take without giving, where you are left carrying the emotional weight of relationships that do not nourish you.

Instead, you deserve connections that feel like a natural exchange — where inspiration flows both ways, where support is given and where growth is a shared journey.

The people in your life should be those who remind you of your power, who challenge you to think bigger and who encourage you to step fully into your potential.

They should celebrate your wins without comparison, hold space for your struggles without judgment, and see your heart for what it is — a source of deep love and wisdom.

Relationships should not feel like obligations; they should feel like fuel. When you surround yourself with people who are also committed to their own evolution, you create a community where everyone rises together.

This is the new standard: connections built on mutual respect, genuine care and a shared vision of what it means to live fully. No more justifying one-sided relationships. No more explaining your worth to those who refuse to see it. Don’t sell yourself short after bad days.

The mindset secret to long term investing— whether in the stock market, your career, or yourself?

Well it’s that it is a game of patience and belief.

It’s easy to get caught up in the fluctuations, the doubts, and the moments where it feels like you’re not making progress.

But just like the market, growth isn’t always linear. There will be days when things feel stagnant, when the returns don’t seem worth the effort, when self doubt creeps in and tells you to cash out early.

Rome wasn’t build in a day.

Real success is built over time, through commitment, resilience, and the ability to hold steady when things feel uncertain.

The people who see real results are the ones who stay in the game.

They don’t let short term emotions dictate long term decisions.

They understand that consistency is where the magic happens—small, intentional actions accumulating over time, creating something far greater than a single win or loss.

Think of every investment you make in yourself, whether it’s learning a skill, building a business or strengthening your mindset, as a deposit into your future. Even when you can’t see immediate returns, trust that your efforts are compounding, shaping a version of you that is wiser, stronger, and more capable than before.
