There’s still so much life in these final days. Anything can happen. Stay open to the magic, miracles and manifestations that can unfold, even now.

Trust that the groundwork you’ve laid is setting the stage for a powerful beginning in 2025.

This time of year has a way of making you thing nothing will happen but it’s quite the opposite — anything can still happen AND it’s urging you to pause, to reflect, and to check in with how you feel.

Know that progress doesn’t always announce itself loudly; sometimes, it’s in the subtle shifts and unseen alignments. Trust that the work you’ve put in—seen and unseen—is still working for you.

The stillness of December is deceptive; it’s not stagnation, but a moment to let your energy settle, align, and expand. Stillness does NOT mean nothing is happening in fact often it means a lot is that you can’t see or perceive… just yet.

Momentum isn’t about constant action. It’s about trust and flow, allowing the energy of your efforts to continue propelling you forward. Momentum is energy. December is a bridge of energy from all that has happened this year and to all that is still to come 🚀

How to go with the flow…

Flow is… the sweet spot where you’re neither forcing nor resisting, but simply allowing.

Flow is… Trust in your own rhythm, allowing life to unfold naturally.

Flow is… The art of surrender, letting go of the need to control every single thing.

Flow is… To play and dance with life, finding joy in the unexpected and unpredictable.

Flow is… The freedom to express yourself fully, without the constraints of fear, doubt or expectation.

Flow is… Knowing that life support your every move as you embody ease and grace.

Flow is… Where creativity flourishes, and life feels effortlessly, richly, naturally abundant.

Flow is… Feeling connected to something greater, that life is working with you not against you.

to f l o w is to embrace ease and alignment in every dimension of your being. It is the art of moving gracefully through life’s currents, attuned to your inner rhythms and in harmony with the energy around you.

Your mistakes do not diminish you; they illuminate the path you walk.

Your essence is not the sum of your errors but the spirit within you that reflects and chooses anew each day.

There is a quiet power in accepting the totality of your being – in recognising that every stumble carries an opportunity to awaken.

Each mistake is a chapter, not the whole story.

Think back to the last time you made a mistake and were met with compassion—perhaps from a friend, a stranger, even from yourself, a gentle moment of kindness towards yourself, or your life coach (that would be me!).

What did it feel like to be seen, not just for when you get things right but for the realness that can be life; messy.

That embrace, that softening, is what makes you human and deeply lovable. In spiritual growth, perfection is not the goal; it is the journey through our broken edges that brings us closer to our deepest selves and to the divine.

Ease is not the goal, growth is

Remember that the journey won’t always feel easy, however ease is not the goal.

Growth is.

Life should be easy? No, that’s your egoic desire (ooof that hurt) 😮‍💨 You are a divine soul having a human experience. Life is meant to push you, help you grow and reveal more of who you really are — your highest self.

Our very existence being human will have moment of joy and hardship, peaks and valleys, highs and lows that shapes who we are. Challenges and obstacles can feel frustrating and inconvenient but they are essential teachers.

If life was always smooth, we would remain static, never driven to discover our own strength or resilience. The hard moments, the unexpected curveballs, are what push us beyond comfort into transformation.

Growth is the silent pulse of life. With every setback, heartache, or moment of doubt, we are given the opportunity to become more of who we are meant to be.

Growth often emerges in those moments when we are pushed to the brink, those tower moments and dark nights of the soul, when the familiar patterns cause us pain… we MUST evolve. If we want to feel fulfilled and content in life there is NO other choice.

This journey requires courage and a willingness to face discomfort, but it also brings the sweetest rewards: a deeper understanding of ourselves, an expanded perspective on the world, and a greater sense of empathy for others.

The point of life isn’t to avoid difficulty but to lean into it with the knowledge that it serves a purpose. In the end, life is about growing through what we go through (the key theme of my podcast 😉) and savouring the journey in all its imperfect beauty.

Here’s to the unknown

When you stand at the edge of the unknown, you’re standing at the brink of possibilities. Anything and everything could happen. Each step into unfamiliar territory is a chance to expand, to stretch beyond what you thought you were capable of.

It’s in these moments of uncertainty that you discover the depth of your resilience, the courage anchored within you and the power of your potential. The unknown invites you to explore unchartered parts of yourself, the parts that have been waiting for an opportunity to emerge, to shine in ways you never imagined.

So when you stand at the edge of the unknown, let it be a place of wonder rather than worry. Here’s to the unknown.

So how do you deal with the unknown?

The first step is acknowledging that it’s okay to feel uneasy, to feel fear or hesitation when facing uncertainty.

These emotions are natural, but they don’t have to dictate your actions. Instead of resisting the unknown, lean in — to embrace it as part of your journey.

Start with reframing uncertainty—not as something to be feared, but as a space where possibilities live. The fertile void. The magical in between.

It’s where your next adventure begins, where growth, transformation, and new opportunities await.

When you accept that you don’t need all the answers right away, you give yourself permission to explore without the pressure of perfection.

After all, they call it a leap of faith for a reason 🦋

To let go…

To let go is to trust the universe’s plan for your life, knowing that every ending is a doorway to a new beginning.

To let go means to recognise that change is a natural part of life.

To let go means to accept the lessons learned without dwelling on the pain.

To let go means to stop trying to control outcomes and allow life to unfold.

To let go means to free yourself from past regrets.

To let go means to release the fear of the unknown.

To let go means to lighten your heart and create space for joy.

To let go means to acknowledge that endings are merely beginnings in diguise.

Letting go is never easy, especially if it doesn’t feel to be on our terms or timeline.

The process… journey often brings up feelings of uncertainty, fear, and even resistance.

When life pushes us to release what we hold dear, it can feel like we’re being yanked from our comfort zones, leaving us grappling with a sense of loss.

We may find ourselves longing to clinging tightly to what is familiar, even if it no longer serves our highest good.

This discomfort highlights the struggle between our desire for security and the inherent need for growth and transformation.

There is so much growth in letting go if we acknowledge our feelings and allow ourselves to grieve the loss.

Letting go doesn’t mean we have to suppress our emotions; it’s an invitation to process them fully which is not easy.

Have the faith to surrender

In the hardest of times, I may have the faith to surrender. To release the grip, the plan and fear.

May I let go of what I cannot change, and instead keep my heart open to embrace the unknown. May I trust that there is wisdom in the unfolding and unlearning, even when it all feels unclear.

When life’s waves crash relentlessly over me, may I have the strength to pause and simply breathe. To feel the rise and fall of my chest as a reminder that I am still here.

I am capable of moving through the storm. That I am not defined by the turbulence, but by the quiet power within me.

This is your sign. To hold on. That everything is going to be okay.

In the moments of doubt, may you remember the light that still flickers within you, always.

Even when the darkness seems to take over or seem a lot, may you remember the light always and the flames of hope, faith and optimism.

Your soul is resilient and has weathered so many storms.

Give yourself permission to rest, to seek support, to be kind, loving and compassionate with yourself.

Here’s to September…

September is the month of the radical and the unexpected, a time when life invites us to break free from the familiar and explore new horizons.

There’s an electric current running beneath the surface, urging you to lean in and embrace change. It’s a season of surprises, where plans may take sudden turns, and new opportunities can arise from unexpected places.

This energy encourages you to let go of rigid expectations and open yourself to possibilities that hadn’t yet considered. The radical can be as scary as it is liberating.

Here’s to having the courage to walk down paths previously never considered or imagined.

Radical transformation doesn’t always mean external change; it can also be deeply internal.

This is a month for awakening dormant parts of ourselves, the subconscious, the shadows to shake off old beliefs, and step into a more empowered version of who you are.

It’s about radical self-acceptance, shedding layers of doubt, and realizing that the unexpected moments often carry the seeds of our greatest growth.

September holds the potential for a profound personal revolution, but it requires a willingness to be open, flexible, and resilient. Things won’t always make sense

There’s going to be times in life where things don’t make sense. When your heart aches and your mind yearns to understand, it can feel like you’re trapped in a maze with no clear way out.

It’s natural to seek answers, to want to grasp onto something solid, but life doesn’t always offer that kind of clarity right away.

Just maybe the answers aren’t ready to reveal themselves yet, that sometimes, the beauty of life lies in it’s mysteries, in the unfolding of events that we cannot predict or control.

The unexpected.

The truth is sometimes things just don’t make sense. They aren’t clear. It isn’t logical.

This doesn’t mean that you’re lost, nor that you are broken or something is necessarily wrong… you’re on a journey and patience is key.

Trusting the process requires faith — faith in yourself, in the timing of your life, and in the universe’s ability to weave everything together for your highest good.

Even when your heart is heavy, try to lean into the discomfort, knowing that this can be a moment of growth and expansion.

In time, clarity will come. The pieces of the puzzle will start to fit together, and you’ll begin to see the bigger picture that was hidden from view 🧩
