Neptune enters Aries in 2025 (never seen before in this lifetime!)
Hello my love, coming to you live as I am currently in America during this eclipse with Neptune in Aries feels almost like stepping into a dream. LA’s energy is electric, full of freedom and possibility, and it’s been such a blast. But what really gets me is watching my inner child experience it all—seeing life the little things whole new layer of magic to everything. There’s this sense of adventure in the air, and I’m soaking it all in, embracing the chaos and beauty of it all.
This conversation has been inspired by the receptivity into what’s going on collectively at the moment.
Neptune, as an influence — is all about dreams, intuition, and the unseen. It’s the planet that rules our spiritual connection and the places where we lose ourselves in creativity and imagination. Aries, on the other hand, is bold, fiery, and pioneering—it’s all about action, courage, and new beginnings. So when Neptune moves through Aries, it creates a unique meeting between dreamy idealism with a spark of impulsive energy.
Neptune in Aries will occur from 2025 to 2039 after which Neptune will enter Taurus from 2038. Do note it will have a retrograde period around July later this year.
In this episode, we’ll explore what happens when these two forces collide, and how this transit can influence not just your dreams but your approach to taking action on them. It can be jarring after all the contrast of the signs.
What is the effect of Neptune? What is Neptune's energy like?
When we tune into Neptune’s energy in the highest expression, we tap into a deeper part of ourselves—our intuitive wisdom, our psychic abilities and our spiritual essence. Neptune guides us to transcend the material world, offering us a direct link to the vast collective consciousness. As Neptune enhances your sensitivity to the unseen forces, it deepens your understanding of the world beyond the physical realm, opening the door to clearer insights and intuitive understanding.
As you walk this spiritual path with Neptune, you may find that your intuition sharpens, but so too can your susceptibility to fantasy or idealism. Neptune teaches you to navigate the space between illusion and clarity, showing you the bigger picture over time.
Neptune is most commonly associated with illusion, delusion, and confusion in astrology and energy systems like Human Design. It is linked to the concept of dissolving boundaries and can blur the line between reality and fantasy. When Neptune’s energy is at play, people may experience heightened sensitivity, creativity, and spiritual connection, but they might also struggle with seeing things clearly or becoming disoriented. Make decisions grounded in reality, use your discernment.
Neptune is like walking through a fog
Neptune, as an analogy, can be compared to walking through a fog.
Imagine you’re walking through a dense fog. The world around you looks blurry and distant. You might have a vague sense of direction, but you can’t clearly see where you’re going. The fog distorts your perception, making objects appear closer than they actually are, or perhaps further away than they seem. Sometimes, you might even feel like you’re heading in the right direction, but the path is unclear and uncertain.
This is much like Neptune’s influence in life: it blurs the lines between reality and illusion. It can create a sense of confusion, where we might be convinced of something that isn’t truly there, or we may have an idealised vision of reality that doesn’t align with what’s real. You might think you’re on the right path, but the fog distorts your sense of clarity.
Just as in the fog, you need to wait for the mist to clear, ground yourself, and trust your instincts to move forward. Neptune teaches us that while illusions may feel real in the moment, with time and patience, clarity will return. The key is not to get too lost in the fog, but to understand that it’s temporary—and once it lifts, your true path will emerge clearly.
Neptune = blurry boundaries
Neptune also has a bit of a blurry effect when it comes to boundaries. Its energy can dissolve the lines that separate us from others. While this can be beautiful in the sense of creating deep connections or tapping into a collective consciousness, it can also make it difficult to know where you end and someone else begins. This lack of clear boundaries can lead to feeling overwhelmed by other people’s emotions, taking on their energy, or letting your own needs be overlooked.
When Neptune’s influence is strong and you’re not consciously aware of its power, you may find yourself being too accommodating or, on the flip side, feeling overly responsible for others. It’s like your sense of personal space and limits can become foggy, making it hard to say ‘no,’ prioritise your own well-being, or keep a healthy distance from people who drain you. This is why Neptune is often associated with the need for self-awareness and grounding practices, so you don’t get lost in the waves of emotion or escape into idealised versions of reality.
Neptune in Aries shift from collective to I consciousness
I mentioned previously in another podcast episode that the last time Neptune was in Aries there was the civil rights movement in America.
This shift aligns with what astrology and human design seeing coming as a big thing – 2027 a notable shift in collective consciousness. Neptune moves from Pisces to Aries where given astrologic patterns we are going from we to collective but distinct individual “I” energy, what makes you different. Sovereignty. Reclaiming autonomy.
Aries, ruled by Mars, is about assertion, individuality, and action. Aries does not blur boundaries; it defines them. It is the first sign of the zodiac, representing the beginning—the self, the individual, and the freedom and liberty that comes with it.
Sovereignty under Neptune in Aries is about taking back ownership of your life. It’s no longer about being swept along by collective ideals or following the expectations of others. This energy supports asserting your independence—in how you think, act, and make decisions. It’s an invitation to stop outsourcing your authority to others and to reclaim it within yourself.
There’s a sense of urgency in this energy—an impulse to take action now, to stop overthinking, and to move with the flow of inspiration. The Aries fire demands movement, and Neptune’s dreams translate into tangible actions when aligned with your true purpose. It’s not about waiting for the “perfect” moment or for everything to make sense; it’s about trusting that the pieces will fall into place once you begin to act on your own vision.
Neptune in Aries is like waking up from a dream
Since 2011 we have collectively been in Neptune in Pisces as the deep, dream-like state of meditation. In this space, you’re connected to everything and nothing, floating in a serene, boundless sea of awareness. There’s no clear boundary between you and the world around you. Your thoughts and feelings melt into one, and you feel infinite—almost like you’re suspended in a peaceful trance of spiritual oneness, exploring the mysteries of existence without a need for action or clarity.
The shift from Neptune in Aries is like waking up from that deep meditation and suddenly feeling the rush of energy to move. You’re no longer floating in a timeless, dreamy space; you’re back in the present moment, and there’s an immediate urge to act on the insights you received. There’s no time for lingering; Aries energy is all about instinctive action, bold steps, and pioneering movement. You feel a burst of vitality, a need to assert yourself, and to take what you learned from the dream-like state of Pisces and apply it with courage and determination in the real world.
In essence, Neptune in Pisces is like floating in a vast, limitless ocean, full of mystery and connection, while Neptune in Aries is making moves, going deeper, taking action.
Indulge in your Impulse - caveat: But with Intention
My tips for navigating this transit?
Aries doesn’t hesitate, and Neptune encourages you to act on your whims—but with a deep understanding that those impulses are a sign of something bigger trying to emerge. It’s about moving fast but not mindlessly. Allow space for spontaneity, but be intentional with where it’s leading you.
Think about the last spontaneous decision you made. Was it exciting? Scary? Write about how you felt in the moment. Is there something now that you feel an urge to do, but you’re holding back? Explore what might happen if you just go for it. Explore the steps to it, a step towards it or what does a leap look like?
Ground before acting
It’s important to stay grounded to ensure your actions align with your true desires. This can be a tricky balance, but grounding practices can help you tap into your inner knowing before making big decisions. Before taking any bold action or making a quick decision, spend five minutes doing a grounding practice. It could be deep breathing, placing your hands on your heart, or walking barefoot outside. After grounding, ask yourself: “Does this action feel aligned with my truth?” If yes, proceed. If not, take a moment to recalibrate your decision.
The impulse journal
As you can see this Neptune in Aries transit, the line between impulse and intuition can blur. A great way to harness this energy is by observing your impulses and reflecting on them. The key here is not to act on everything immediately, but to track and observe your emotional landscape.
- Exercise:
Start an “Impulse Journal.” Each day, write down your spontaneous thoughts or impulses (big or small). Then, at the end of the week, go back and read through them. Are there any patterns? Which of these impulses felt like pure intuition, and which ones were more fear-driven? Reflect on how you can use this awareness to help guide future actions.
As we navigate Neptune in Aries, remember that this transit is a powerful invitation to claim your sovereignty and step fully into your personal power. It’s about trusting your inner wisdom, acting with grounded confidence, and discerning what aligns with your true self. Let this energy empower you to make bold moves, but always with clarity and purpose. Trust that you have everything you need to create the life you desire.”
