The truth is there is a lot of grief in life, yet there is also so much joy and love too. Our lives traverse this intersection and despite it all our strength lies in the commitment to keep showing up, to keep learning and unlearning and to keep moving towards our highest selves and healing. Growth asks us to honour both the shadow and the light, to understand that every experience, no matter how difficult, is shaping us into someone wiser, more awake and more whole. When we allow ourselves to feel it all, we don’t just survive…we transform.

Life hits hard sometimes. There’s no sugarcoating it, out of nowhere grief can show up and rock the foundations beneath your feet.

Sadly but so humanly, no one gets through life without losing something or someone or facing change that hurts.

Yet here’s the thing… those moments that break you open also make room for growth.

As much as it sucks, pain has this strange way of teaching you who you are and what really matters.

It can soften you instead of harden you, if you let it.

If it’s one thing running my feminine energy retreats this year taught me, it takes such strength to soften after heartbreak and pain, it’s not easy 🌊

Bitterness is easy. Hatred is easy. Blame is easy.

Real strength isn’t about pretending everything is fine either, it’s about facing what hurts and still choosing to move forward, one honest step at a time.

If you’re wanting support and guidance on this journey, I got you. I offer 1:1 coaching, human design readings and retreats (Vietnam end of May 2026). Message me for more details and to chat.,
