In this special episode recorded from the heart of Bali just before the second round of my sold out Recharge and Renew retreat: I’m sharing reflections inspired by the powerful 1:1 coaching calls I’ve had with so many beautiful souls this past week. At the centre of it all? Soul contracts. We’ll explore the idea […]
Don’t be so hard on yourself, you are beautifully human. Life can be heavy sometimes and you’ve been carrying so much… but just because today feels overwhelming doesn’t mean you’re failing. Being human means feeling deeply, struggling sometimes and growing through it all. You don’t need to be perfect. You only need to keep showing […]
The soul’s journey is not linear… The soul’s journey spirals through shadow and light, breaking and becoming, again and again. You are being shaped by sacred fire, refined by the very darkness that seeks to convince you you’ll never feel joy again or perhaps ever good enough… The Divine does not waste pain. Nothing is […]
It takes a tender kind of wisdom to face your own mistakes without turning away. To sit with the memories of where you went wrong and not immediately hide, deny or run is an act of quiet bravery. There is pain in acknowledging what you could have done differently, but there is also a strange […]

Your heart is pure because even after it’s been hurt, it remains loving. You have seen how cruel the world can be, yet you choose not to carry bitterness. Instead of closing yourself off, you keep showing kindness, even when no one is watching, even when no one says thank you. A pure heart is […]
Do not waste your life trying to impress the world with what you are not. Dare instead to impress them with whom you truly are. The moments that truly impress are never the ones we script. It is not the flawless outfit or even an achievement that lingers in a stranger’s mind. It is the […]
Needing time does not mean you’re failing. Needing room to grow does not make you ungrateful for where you are. Needing a pause does not erase your progress. Needing distance does not mean you don’t care. Needing support does not take away your strength. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Phi Dang […]
No matter what you’re feeling, you are still whole and worthy. Even in the moments when rage burns through your throat, when sorrow bends your back and when numbness settles like winter over your heart… the essence of you is pure. The ache does not erase your light. You may feel fractured, frayed at the […]
