Sacred rage isn’t your enemy
Last week coaching clients, one thing stood out: sacred anger and rage is real — it’s often the hardest emotion for women to claim.
We’ve been taught to soften, to stay small, to avoid the fire that boils beneath.
What if the anger you feel is not something to fear, but a sacred force calling you to set boundaries, demand respect and reclaim your power?
Embracing your sacred rage means honoring the truth of what you feel, even when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s the fuel that transforms frustration into fierce clarity and quiet resentment into bold action.
If you’ve been holding back your anger, it might be time to see it as a guide, not a threat.
If you’re ready to safely explore this powerful energy and turn it into your superpower, let’s talk.
Sacred rage isn’t your enemy — it’s your awakening. DM me to start your journey with life coaching that helps you step into your full, authentic power ❤️🔥 -
Unlocking Unlearning – Episode 3 💫
Sometimes we go searching for answers in all the places we were told we’d find them… in careers, cities, degrees, relationships.. but what if the truth you’re seeking has been inside you all along?
When I lost my dad, my identity cracked wide open.
Everything I thought made me “me” no longer made sense.
The high achiever. The law student. The one who kept it all together. The good girl. The perfect one.
Grief stripped that away and forced me to sit with what was left.
And for a while, what was left felt like nothing.
Empty. Lost. Heavy.
Here’s what I came to realise.
Grieving doesn’t mean you’ve failed at being strong.
Feeling deeply doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means you’re human.
There were moments I didn’t want to keep going—but I did, slowly, because I let myself feel.
Because I let myself be changed.
In that, I found something deeper: clarity, purpose, and the beginning of coming home to myself.
My true aligned authentic self.
If you’re in a season of unravelling if you’re grieving, shifting, unlearning who you thought you had to be — this is your reminder: you’re not alone. You’re not behind. You’re becoming.
If you’re ready to explore who you are beneath the expectations, the pain, the pressure — I’d love to support you. My coaching is a space where your truth is safe, your emotions are welcome and your becoming is honoured. Reach out when you’re ready. 🧡 -
One day soon
Fate has a funny way of rearranging our lives in ways we never saw coming. It strips away what feels familiar, what you thought was certain, only to make space and surprise you for something more aligned than you ever dared to ask for. In those moments when your world feels cracked open, when grief settles heavy in your chest, there is a quiet grace beneath the pain and a tenderness that refuses to harden, even when everything inside you threatens to break. It’s as if fate gently whispers that loss and longing are not the end but the beginning of a deeper unfolding, a deeper unlearning. She invites you to lean into the ache, to trust that the parts of you that feel broken are the very parts being rebuilt with more strength and clarity than before. This isn’t about erasing your scars but honouring them, holding them as proof that you survived what you once thought would destroy you. Fate didn’t forget you in the chaos; she was just writing a better story —one with twists and turns you couldn’t have scripted yourself.
And maybe that’s the point: you weren’t meant to write this story alone. Fate is not a cruel punisher or puppeteer but a quiet co creator, guiding you toward a version of yourself that is fuller, fiercer and softer all at once.
She weaves the unexpected into your journey, not to punish, but to prepare you for the life that is waiting— one richer and more real than anything you could have imagined.
So when the path feels uncertain, remember this: every detour, every heartbreak, every unplanned chapter is fate’s way of reminding you that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
It may not make sense right now, but it will one day.
One day soon 💫 -
The person you’re about to become…
Sometimes, it’s hard to let go of old ways of being, even when you know they no longer serve you. The versions of yourself that once felt like home were necessary, they got you through, they helped shape the path to where you are now. Now, you’re ready for more. That’s not something to mourn, it’s something to celebrate. Outgrowing these parts of yourself is simply a sign that you’re alive, dynamic moving, and becoming more of who you were always meant to be. There’s no need to hold onto the past out of obligation or fear. Embace the beauty of your own transformation, knowing that each new version of yourself is just another home, a place to rest and grow, until the next expansion calls you forward. Trust that every version of you was always leading you here, to the person you are now and the person you’re about to become.
What if your next chapter doesn’t require you to be more perfect but simply more honest?
More in tune with what actually feels good, what’s true for you now… not what made sense five years ago or even last month.
You don’t owe anyone your old identity.
You’re allowed to shift.
You’re allowed to let life run its course and ripple through you… and youre allowed to enjoy it.
This is the invitation: to stop resisting the growth that’s already happening.
To let the old fall away without guilt. To move forward not because you’re broken or lacking but because you’re ready.
If that readiness feels real but overwhelming — this is your sign that you don’t have to do it alone. -
You’re safe in your truth
It’s okay if your heart still flinches sometimes. It remembers. That doesn’t mean you’re broken – it means you cared deeply and hold so much love. The tenderness you carry, the truth you’ve fought to feel and the courage it takes to keep your heart open in a world that taught you to close… it’s beautiful. You just have to keep being you. I just wanted to remind you that you’re safe now because you have your own back and protect your heart. You’re not where you used to be. You’ve grow wiser, softer and stronger. You don’t abandon yourself anymore for love, approval or belonging – you’ve become the one who stays. Even when the old fears rise or the doubts whisper, you know how to hold yourself through it. You’ve built a home inside you that no one can take away.
So breathe. Let your shoulders drop. Let the part of you that’s always bracing for impact be reminded: you’re not in danger anymore.
You’re safe in your own presence.
You’re safe in your truth.
The world may not always reflect that safety back to you but your soul knows.
You’ve made it through every storm.
You are the calm now. You are the haven.

Take risks whilst they settle
Take risks whilst they settle.
Elevate whilst they hesitate.
Grow whilst they wait.
Speak when they’re silent.
Love whilst they lust.
Manifest whilst they wish.
Dream whilst they limit.
Evolve whilst they remain.
Believe whilst they doubt. In a world that rewards conformity and sameness, true growth comes not from fitting in but from standing out. To be better, you must be different.
To be different, you often have to do the opposite of what’s expected.
Where others rush, you pause.
Where they follow trends, you carve your own path.
It takes courage to question the norms, to listen to your inner knowing over the noise of the crowd.
That’s where the gold is = where originality, freedom, and personal excellence begin.
Thinking for yourself is the most radical act of all.
It means trusting your vision even when no one else sees it yet. It means not outsourcing your values, your goals or your sense of worth to anyone else’s opinion.
When you dare to think independently, you reclaim your power. You become the kind of person who doesn’t just react to the world but reshapes it.
If you’re ready to break free from old patterns, stand tall in your truth, and create a life that reflects who you really are — I’m here to help you. Let’s put a plan together and start moving your life forward on your own terms. Message me to chat about 1:1 coaching: life, business, both, all 🧡 -
A heart that beats louder than doubt
My favourite people are the ones who dare to dream and aren’t actually afraid to try,,, and be seen trying. The ones who takes brave, messy steps toward them in the open. They’re not fearless but they move anyway. They let themselves be seen in the uncertainty, in the wild pursuit of something deeply meaningful that lights up their heart and soul. These are the people who remind me that courage isn’t about having a flawless plan – it’s about having a heart that beats louder than doubt.
They know failure is a risk but hiding would cost them even more so they show up with shaky hands and hopeful eyes. They don’t always feel read and often their voices tremble when they speak their truth. But they do it anyway. They try anyway.
Something inside them whispers that staying hidden hurts more than being seen — even if that means being seen stumbling or starting over. There’s a kind of beauty in that boldness, sometimes loud yes but also the quiet, soul deep kind that stirs something in everyone who watches.
Watching them is like poetry in motion — raw, alive, unfiltered. You can feel the pulse of their courage in every step they take. Not polished. Not perfect. Just real. In their realness, they remind us that we don’t have to wait to be fully healed or fully certain to begin.
I treasure these people. The ones who chase the things they care about, not because it’s easy but because it’s honest. When we stop hiding and start trusting that who we are… that is enough to begin. Showing up, even imperfectly is already a kind of magic.
Your dreams are too important to stay tucked away. Let’s bring them to life — one step at a time through 1:1 coaching, message me let’s start. -
Growth leaves you more whole
Somewhere along the way, you stopped needing to be the strongest one in the room. You started allowing yourself to feel, to unlearn, to unravel, to not know… That’s not weakness – that’s wisdom. It takes incredible strength to soften when life has hardened you. To keep your heart open after disappointment. To stay curious when it would be easier to shut down. This is the quiet power that builds slowly, without visible validation. The kind that truly changes everything. You’re not late. You’re not behind. You’re in the thick of it. It’s okay if no one else sees the ways you’re changing. What matters is that you feel it. That you notice the tenderness returning. That you speak your truth a little louder. That you hold yourself a little more kindly. Growth rarely looks glamorous – but it always leaves you more whole.
You don’t have to hold it all together with a smile while your heart quietly aches behind the scenes. The world may have taught you that your worth lies in your resilience, in how much you can carry without breaking — but that’s not the full truth.
There is power in softness, in saying “I need help,” in letting someone else hold space when you’re too tired to keep holding it all on your own.
Strength doesn’t disappear when you lean into help— it’s redefined. It becomes the quiet bravery of allowing someone to see the parts of you that are tired, messy, confused or afraid.
It’s the courage to drop the armour and say, I’m not okay.
You were never meant to do it all without support. You’re not weak for feeling lost or overwhelmed. You’re human and you’re allowed to ask for help.
Let me be the strong one for a while. Let me hold the space and find the solutions instead of it always being you. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin… you just have to be willing to be honest about where you are. -
She never stopped believing in you
You may not feel like it today, but someone you used to be is looking at you with so much pride. You’re the proud that she made it. The you who cried, who hoped, who held on – she’d be in awe of who you’ve become. The girl you used to be never stopped believing in you. Even on your hardest days, you are still her dream come true.
Theres a version of you: younger, softer, optimistic who used to dream about the life you’re living now.
Maybe she didn’t have all the details right.
Maybe she imagined different clothes, different people, a different path.
But what she really longed for wasn’t the specifics — it was the feeling.
Freedom. Growth. Confidence. Peace… whether or not you see it right now, you’ve given her more of that than you realise.
It’s so easy to get caught up in what’s still missing.
The goals unmet, the ways you feel behind, the pressure to be more, do more, prove more.
Try to remember: you are already someone’s dream come true. The strength you’ve built. The love you’ve learned to give yourself. The decisions you’ve made that broke patterns and healed generations. She would look at you with nothing but awe.
So when the doubt creeps in, when the noise gets loud, come back to her. The younger you — who believed in magic, who trusted without proof, who hoped even when things hurt.
She’s still in there 🧡and she sees you.
You don’t need to do anything more to earn her love.
You already are the person she was waiting for.
