Change your habits.
Or accept the results they continue to produce.
Those are the only two options.
The next six months aren’t about perfection.
They’re about consistency.
Small actions repeated often become a completely different life.
Your future self isn’t waiting for a better opportunity.
They’re waiting for today’s version of you to begin.
The question isn’t whether you have enough time.
