A reminder that you are allowed to be human … that you are human.
You aren’t here to be polished, unbreakable or endlessly composed, to have it all together all the time but here to feel, to falter, to need rest, reassurance and grace.
You are allowed to have days where your capacity is small and less than usual.
You are allowed to move at the pace your nervous system asks for, not the one the world demands and pushes.
You are allowed to be tender with yourself.
To allow your limits without shame.
To remember, again and again, that being human is not a flaw to correct; it is a truth to return to.
Being human is not something to outgrow.
It is something to honour, a blessing it is.

You don’t need to outgrow your humanity to be doing life “right.”

This is your reminder that being human means you won’t always be regulated, motivated, or clear and that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re responding honestly to what your life is asking of you right now.

You are allowed to slow down, to take things one breath at a time, to meet yourself with compassion instead of pressure.

You don’t have to earn ease by suffering more, or prove your strength by pushing through everything alone.

You are human and that is enough and beyond all at the same time…

If you’re wanting support and guidance on this journey, I got you.
