You’re allowed to have bad days and you’re allowed to have hard days.
They don’t undo the work you’ve done.
They don’t cancel your growth or put you back at the beginning.
They’re part of the rhythm and experience that is life.
You don’t need to turn a hard day into a lesson.
You don’t need to make meaning out of it yet.
Let it be what it is.
Let yourself be human inside it.
Tomorrow can hold clarity.
Today can just hold you.
The misconception and pressure of being cheerful during the festive season, that if you’re not something is wrong…
This post comes off the back of 1:1 coaching sessions I’ve had recently as well as the heaviness of recent tragedies.
For me personally this time of the year can be in flux as my dad’s anniversary of his passing is just before Christmas too.
The holidays don’t change your day to day life suddenly not your real feelings or even weight you’ve been carrying.
Some days you’ll feel connected and other days you’ll feel distant, tired or just done.
All is welcome and all belongs.
You’re allowed to move through this season in your own way.
There is space for you exactly as you are ❤️🩹 big hugs 🫂
If you’re wanting support and guidance, I got you.
