Your past doesn’t define you… but you’ve been letting it speak for you.

Just because it happened doesn’t mean it has to repeat.

You adapted. You survived. In order to stay safe.

Patterns aren’t punishments. They’re invitations to heal.

You’re allowed to outgrow old identities that were built in pain.

You can honour your story without living in it.

Your past may explain you but it does not limit you.

Who you are becoming matters more than who you had to be.

Save this for the days you doubt yourself. Remember this: doubt isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s usually a sign you’re stretching beyond who you used to be.

Growth can feel unfamiliar, wobbly, lonely and excruciatingly hard at times.

That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

It means you’re listening, questioning and becoming more conscious than before.

You don’t need to be who you were to be worthy of where you’re going.

Let it be safe to release old stories and choose yourself again.

Who you are now and who you are becoming.

That’s where. Now with a look to the future, not the past.

If you’re looking for guidance and support in this process, I’d love to help. I offer 1:1 coaching, DM me and let’s chat.
